Heart Failure Presentation: Empower Clinical Trial

Join us for a presentation with Dr. Peter Fail, interventional cardiologist at Cardiovascular Institute of the South, on the EMPOWER Clinical Trial and a new minimally-invasive treatment option designed to treat people with heart failure and functional mitral regurgitation (commonly known as FMR – a form of mitral valve leakage).

Refreshments will be provided. Space is limited, and registration is required.
