Interventional Cardiologist
Dr. Tim Boyd is an interventional cardiologist at Cardiovascular Institute of the South in Meridian.
He graduated with his bachelor’s degree in science at Mississippi College in Clinton and earned his doctorate at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson. He completed his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at University Medical Center of Jackson.
Dr. Boyd has practiced cardiology since 1991, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, at North East Arkansas Clinic in Jonesboro and in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, at Heart South and Heart Center of South Mississippi.
Dr. Boyd is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the Mississippi State Medical Association.
